  Ben Mitchell has single handedly softened my horrible opinion of WFB. I have sworn I will never be an account holder with WFB due to unpleasant experiences with different branches and staff members. I've never felt they care about their customers however Ben has amazing customer service and great personality and soften my opinion a bit. Ben is definitely an asset to this branch.

  When a banker lies at one branch to his supervising officer all of the other branches deserve a one star because he proved that employees care more about themselves then the customer and Im no longer gonna be a customer to Wells Fargo ever again. Never thought of any other bank or looked around because of family and friends trust. After 3 months started looking around saw the customer support ratings, got treated like a person who doesn't know anything at every branch I went into had 1 guy who was amazing but the rest were just cruel and discrimination was their fact because I walked right into that bank and the first thing I heard for the last 3 or 4 Wells Fargo a Ive gone into is pure Spanish from everyone. They are based in America but the only respect given is towards the Latino race and the Americans get spat on from Wells Fargo. This officially has turned a bank into a foriegn embassy and made me a no customer zone because everyone should be equal and if you want to have equal rights and you love America then learn English we are not obligated to do foriegn affairs in a language other then the world language English since that is the only language that's International.
